Changing weather can further damage the materials such as wood, bamboo, and screen as well. But, considering its portability, pick only light materials to avoid dealing with its weight. You can use an aluminum or plastic screen to lessen the amount of wood. Moreover, it is necessary to improve circulation of fresh air inside the coop.

Next, the size of a mobile chicken coop varies on the number and age of chicken. Usually, small coop are desirable for three to four chicken but can accommodate larger number of chicks. Another thing, it must contain some features to meet the basic needs of chicken. Generally, it must have at least a nesting box, keeper of food supply to protect from rats, and also chicken ramp.
